Since its launch in 2004, VitalPAC has been deployed in many hospitals across the UK, and integrated with a variety of administrative and clinical systems.

Each client is assigned a dedicated team which offers on site expertise and support before, during and after the launch of VitalPAC. This includes project managers, training staff and technical and testing leads.

Once VitalPAC is installed, our team is on hand 24/7/365 to help with support issues, either via phone or via our online helpdesk.
